I've been playing with 3D printers for a few years and thought I might have a go at some CNC work. After a little research I've ordered a 1000x1500mm Workbee, if nothing else it should be fun :)
Hi Tezza, I have a similar situation so I use a really old (2008 I think) Macbook running Linux and Firefox to access my machine and it works really well. I think anything that can run a “modern” browser works OK from what I’ve seen. Cheers, Rich.
Hi Bungy, You can write/edit macros directly from the web interface. Select the “macros” menu on the right, right clicking on the macro list will give you options. /Rich.
Hi Nick, I’ve just built mine and even though the Duet 2 has a web interface it’s not the Ooznest version. I had to upgrade to the latest firmware and web interface firmware from the Oozbest update instructions. Step 2 in How To Update WorkBee Firmware Hope it helps:) Rich.
